Refunds
Due to the nature of our products being fresh and custom-made:
Custom cakes, special occasion products, and perishable items are non-refundable once production has started.
Workshop and class registrations can be refunded up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
If an issue is caused by Bollos Bakery, we will do our best to offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.
Delivery & Pickup
In-store pickup is available on selected dates and time slots
Local delivery is available for selected products and areas
Same-day or scheduled delivery options may be available depending on availability
All products are carefully packed to ensure safe transport

Product Delivery
All products are prepared fresh and according to your order. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
We use secure online payment systems and accept most major credit and debit cards.
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other supported cards. The total amount will be charged at the time of checkout.
Workshops & Classes
Workshop and class bookings are valid only for the selected date and time.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us in advance. Date changes or transfers may be allowed depending on availability.
Bollos Bakery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop if necessary.
Product Quality & Storage
All products are made using high-quality ingredients. Once the product is delivered or collected, proper storage and handling become the customer’s responsibility.
Bollos Bakery is not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage or handling.
Modifications
Custom orders are prepared according to customer requests. Minor changes may be possible before production starts. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Design reference images are for inspiration only. Final products may vary slightly due to handcrafted production.
Unauthorized Usage
You may not use any content, images, or materials from the Bollos Bakery website for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All images, designs, texts, and content on this website belong to Bollos Bakery and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Bollos Bakery is not responsible for:
Allergic reactions if the customer did not inform us in advance
Delays caused by incorrect address information or customer unavailability
Issues caused by improper storage after delivery or pickup

Our kitchen uses ingredients such as nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Cross-contamination may occur. Customers are responsible for informing us about any allergies before placing an order.
