We can organize the classes on a biweekly schedule to make it easier to gather participants.

Macaron Masterclass – Wednesdays (every two weeks)
Artisan Bread Baking Class – Fridays (every two weeks)
Croissant & Dough Lamination Workshop – Sundays (every two weeks)

Please note that the bakery will be closed between March 30 and April 7, so no classes will be held during this period.
