Overview

At Bollos Bakery, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared desserts, cakes, and workshop reservations), our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days for eligible products. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because our products are mostly freshly prepared and made-to-order, several types of goods are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as cakes, pastries, desserts, food boxes, and custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. We also do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable products, or workshop reservations once the date is confirmed.

  • Fresh pastries and food products
  • Workshop and class bookings
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products

To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned after the allowed return period

Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at {your email address} before taking any action.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of your return (if eligible). Once the returned item is approved, a gift voucher may be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund (if applicable) will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

If a physical product is eligible for return, you will be informed of the return address after contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value shipments, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Workshops And Classes

Workshop and class bookings (such as Macaron Masterclass or Artisan Bread Baking Class) are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. However, in special cases, you may contact us to request a date change, subject to availability.
